At Ear Nose and Throat Medical Associates, all of our professionals are fully trained and experienced to provide you with the best healthcare related to your ear, nose and throat issues. Victor G. Gentile, MD - Physician/Surgeon
Victor G. Gentile, MD is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. His undergraduate training was in Engineering and included research on artificial vision and Cardiac Monitoring. He is an Alpha Omega Alpha graduate (Medical Honor Society) of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He then pursued a career in Otolaryngology doing his Residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Gentile has authored publications on Sinus Surgery in Children and those with Cystic Fibrosis, and in Plastic surgery including articles on scarring and healing, as well as incisionless approaches to the midface. For one of these be received the Residents Research Award from the Triologic Society. He currently is serving as the chariman of the Department of Surgery at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Gentile is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and The New Jersey Academy of Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery. Special interests include Rhinoplasty ,Sinus Surgery, and Otology including Dizziness and Balance Disorders. He is a New Jersey Native and enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and boating. He is also an old car collector and enthusiast.
Edward W. Keels - Audiologist
Edward W. Keels, M.A , is a renowned Audiologist. He is founder and CEO of Associated Audiologic Consultants and Hear Now Hearing Aid Centers, functioning in many locations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A graduate of Temple University, he taught Audiology on the graduate level at West Chester University for many years. Additionally, he was a consultant to NASA and contributed to the development of vestibular test procedures for dizziness in astronauts. As an author, Mr. Keels has written and co-authored numerous publications in the field of Audiology and Physiology. He has served as Director of Audiology at Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and Hahnemann University Hospital and Medical School. Mr. Keels continues to educate and work as a clinician. He is an expert in aural rehabilitation focusing on hearing aids and other assistive hearing devices. Mr. Keels spends his spare time enjoying professional sports and is also an Antique Car Collector.
Rebeca A. Germano - Audiologist
Rebecca A. Germano, Aud. received her Audiology training at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and her Doctorate of Audiology at Salus University. She evaluates and rehabilitates hearing loss of all types from pediatrics to geriatrics. She has spent several years staffing a Cleft Palate Clinic and can also use Sign Language. Dr. Germano has worked with Residents in University Hospital Settings as a teacher and clinician. She especially enjoys interaction and testing of children. She is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser both in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Debora K. Case - Administrator
Debora K. Case. Ms. Case has a background in nursing from Sacred Heart School of Nursing She has spent most of her career, 25 years, in the specialty of Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Association of Otolaryngology Administrators. Her duties include: surgical coordinator, surgical assisting, patient and hospital relations, as well as managing the day to day operations just to name a few. Areas of expertise include post-operative counseling and putting out fires.
